This business of hardware store branches contacted me directly to develop the company’s graphic image. However, I was able to guide them on other specific projects to provide solutions and adjustments in the business performance such as: acrylic displays for better merchandise protection, strategies to position the brand, among others. When getting involved with the company’s processes, the client mentioned to me about the losses they were experiencing due to not having a suitable display for items such as rivets, nuts, and screws. With this information, I solved the problem by preventing merchandise theft through a design of identified, portable acrylic glass displays, which also facilitated the work of the employees at the counter.
